Trade Representatives' Certification
According to Article 13 of the "Day-ahead and Intraday Market Rules", market participant must have successfully passed the exam organized by the exchange operator. GENEX, as an exchange operator, is responsible for organizing trading representatives' exams systematically, at regular intervals as defined by "market rules".
GENEX Certification Unit recognizes the importance of impartiality in the certification process, manages conflicts of interest and ensures the objectivity of its activities.

Recertification may be requested by the person whose certificate has been revoked. To do so, one must apply to the Genex Certification Unit.
The candidate has the right to appeal the decision on certification within 1 week. GENEX Certification Unit is obliged to review the complaint within 1 week and send a reasoned answer to the candidate. If as a result of the review it is considered that the candidate should be given a certificate, a certificate will be issued within the same period.
Any interested person has the right to apply to the service with a complaint, which will be reviewed by the GENEX Certification Unit within 1 week and the applicant will be notified of a reasoned response.
