EVALUATION OF THE FIRST WEEK OF TRADING ON THE EXCHANGE

On July 1, 2024, the first auction was held on the exchange. During the first week, a total of six participants registered.

Both buy and sell bids were offered hourly on the Day-ahead Market. As for the Intraday Market participants attempted to sell electricity only on specific days.

The first week was a trial period for participants to try out new trading opportunities. The exchange operator observed small changes in bidding strategies, which may be related to expectations of price changes in July.
